Proverbs17:1

Better a dry crust with peace and quiet

than a house full of feasting, with strife.

Did you ever not want to walk into your home because you didn't know what kind of mood your family would be in?

If not, you must not have teenagers.  

I would always try to get home before them to try to "set the mood."

-Have dinner started,

-Have the dogs taken out,

-Get the mail,  just so they didn't have anything to argue about.

I love my girls but I sure am glad they are through that stage.  Give me a toddler over a teenager any day!
