How have I refreshed others today?

I taught Charlotte's Healthy Low Back class this morning.  That was generous because I don't like to wake up early to do it.
I think the class was refreshed with the music I used.

I was generous today when I talked with Marilyn Forbes about writing a column for the newspaper about the YMCA.  I don't think I will get paid for it.
I was refreshed when she thought it was a great idea.

I was generous today with Julianne.  I made her a delicious healthy dinner.  She could have made it herself.  
Bill and I were refreshed with her company.

I'm baking an Oreo cheesecake right now to donate to the Spaghetti Supper tomorrow night.          Whoever gets a piece of it will be refreshed because it looks awesome.

Thank You Lord for all the refreshment You bring to my life.
