Relay for Life is important to me because:
My brother-in-law died of stomach cancer 2 1/2 years ago.
My sister is alive again because she is captain of a Relay for Life team.
My family has a common cause to support and work together on.
Too many of my friends are being diagnosed with cancer.
Too many of my friends are dying of cancer.
Cancer is not picky...it doesn't care if you are young or old, rich or poor, healthy or unfit.
We need to stop it right now.
